1 Extra Business Licence

Do you run more than one business and need to keep all your accounts seperate? This module gives you the opportunity to do just that and add an extra business option into the same software setup whilst keeping everything seperate thus keeping all your accounts in a clean and precise order. Also, you can do this for as many businesses that you need accounts for.

Budgeting and Forecasting

There are three tabs on the screen, Budget, Forecast, and Year to Date.

Budgeting
This tab is where the user can create an estimated budget for the financial year, for any account or account group within the Profit and Loss Group.

Forecast
This tab shows a monthly breakdown of your actual sales and expenses for the year to date, plus your expected budget for the remaining months in the financial year, combined to show your forecast total for the financial year.

Year to Date
This tab shows our Actual, Forecast, and Budget figures for the selected month, plus the Actual and Budget figures for the Year to Date, and the Forecast and Budget figures for the full financial year.

Management Reports

The Business Accountz Management Reporting Module will be compatible as an add-on for Business Accountz Professional and Enterprise packages. Both software packages already include P&L, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance reports but only over the date range specified.

The new reporting module takes established reports to a new level showing monthly comparisons and year to date information across all aspects of the Chart of Accounts. In addition to the three reports mentioned Business Accountz Professional and Enterprise have unlimited query reporting, restricted only by the relative functionality of each product. The queries can then be printed with ease.

With the management reporting module there is a pre-set list of defined management reports, with essential metrics to monitor the historical and forecast position of the business. Again the reports will depend on which Business Accountz product held, as Enterprise will include Product Reporting not available in Business Accountz Professional, but both titles include a comprehensive list including, but not limited to; Cash flow forecast reporting, Debtor and Creditor analysis, Expense Account analysis, P&L Trends by period/year, and Balance Sheets trends by period/year.

All of the reports combined will enable a business owner to produce a monthly management accounts pack to track the performance of their business.

Multi Currency Licence

Do you conduct business with other countries and need to have the option for other currency transactions to be entered. If so, this one is for you.

Product Management

You can have an unlimited number of stock items, each item of stock can be given a name, reference and a bar code. A complete history by stock unit of all the sales and purchase transactions, the price you purchased at and the price you sold at, is shown.

You will also see a running balance of the price you purchased at and the price you sold at, which will give you the gross margin in GBP. This will also be show a history of the volume you purchased and the volume you sold and the remaining amount left in the business.
