How can I report a dodgey online sales website?
Hi there,
I have had very poor service from a certain online DVD sales website, on further investigation I have found out they are illegally not displaying any contact details on their site, and are unresponsive to my requests via their comments submission.
They are also in breach of several laws in the UK regarding sales and purchasing.
What I want to be able to do is report this website as I am concerned that other people will get stuffed by this company as they are bad bad bad. plus they are illegal and they’ve gotten on my wobbly bits with thier head in the sand approach to customer service.
I found out a site they registered thier company with and they gave a false address in London with a false Company manager name. tut, which just makes me even more miffed with them.
